Eliminating Stress: “Procrastination”

Procrastination is a habit to delay the work deliberately. Somehow everyone is procrastinate to some extent and there is nothing to be ashamed of!

A stress free life is practically impossible. Stress is the response to the challenges. Challenges are caused by the goals. Achievement of goals are called success. In short no stress = no success. So stress is a good thing but most of the stress in our life are unnecessary. You can easily eliminate this unnecessary stress by applying simple (or not so simple)baby steps. Off course it cannot be done overnight as I have been doing it for a while and I still have a lot to do.
You have often seen the articles of how to relax after a stress full day, and most of them are really quite useful. To further the quest, I made the goal to get the source and cut the stress before it even happens. (Yes. The same as X-Men. Days of future Past).
To nip the evil in the bud, I have devised a list, and by editing your life according to it you can eliminate most of (not all) of the stress in your life.

In simple words procrastination is a habit to delay the work deliberately. Somehow everyone is procrastinate to some extent. If not you but I am, and know the fact that delayed work ultimately stresses out. I know my bad habit so I have various weapons (like Arnold had in movie Commando) to blast out professionalism.

  • Form a Do it now Habit. It is one of the best way to avoid stress in long run. Write the three word near you i.e Do it now. It will remind you to kick the butts of procrastination. Of course it would take a bit time, but as long as you would apply you would start feeling a wave of relaxation in yourself.
  • Hail MIT. Till today MIT could be anything to you but from now onward it is Most Important Task. Do it first without even thinking of anything else, It would release your stress to half now go for next MIT.
  • BD is every where important. So do for you!For you BD is only Breaking Down. You have an overwhelming task. The exceeding volume may drive you towards procrastination. Break it down into tinier tasks. Write on a piece of paper the broken down tasks and complete a small part in one go, and mark on the paper. It will create a sense of success that will ultimately motivate you.

Try to apply such simple hacks in your daily life and see the magic let other know also. You have something for procrastination. Here is the spot to say it all!
